Interior Inspiration!

I love the calming, tranquil vibe of this...and I am absolutely smitten with the damask white and smokey beige wallpaper accents!  I love the color white and with subtle creams, beiges, and taupes all together.

On the other hand, I love how modern and sexy this room looks with the red accents and white pops.  It's so sleek, and yet at the same time perfectly cozy!

I'm a huge wallpaper junkie.  And that rug is to die for!  Not too crazy about the couch shape or the lamp, but I like the extreme bare and simplistic take on this interior.

I love pale blues and the monochromatic look.

This is entirely too girly and femme for our taste, but I do think it's very pretty.

I really have felt inspired by interior decor lately.  Even though I don't have the money to decorate/fix our house the way I would like to, I still like getting ideas and making little mental notes of what I like and what I don't like.  Making your space beautiful is almost therapeutic and it's also so much fun!  Slowly decorating and working on your space makes for a wonderful feeling of accomplishment and pride on the inside.  XO

Buxom Big and Healthy Lipstick in "Amsterdam"...a very natural but poppy pink color.  (This is only MY description...it leaves a very peachy pinky-brown color on the lips, very subtle and natural but oh so pretty.)

An old favorite from last summer, Covergirl Outlast Lipstain in "400"...I forget the actual name ...it's not on the product but was on the wrapping...weird huh?  I think it was something like "Everbloom Kiss" or "Everlasting Kiss" or something like that.

It wouldn't apply on my hand like it does on my lips ...probably due to the felt pen...so it's not sheer when it goes on, and leaves a wonderfully perfectly pretty pink on the lips!  I first heard of this product from HRH Collection...who always has amazingly stained lips!  It's almost a berry pink, but in a very subdued way that is easy for any skin tone to pull off!

Buxom Lips lipgloss in "Bunny"...a coral baby pinky color...with a hint of shimmer.  VERY nice product!  Tingly, minty, fresh, and sparkly...ohh soo natural and with a hint of peachy pink coral!

My FAV combo for this spring...and even summer...a hot pink lip!  While these photos don't do the brightness in person justice, this is a combo I put together that is worthy of a fun girl's night out!  

Covergirl Outlast Lipstain in #400 with Buxom Lips lipgloss in "Bunny"...and voila...perfectly hot pink lips that could rival any model off a Victoria's Secret Angels runway show!!  (Ignore that pimple btw lol, I'm too lazy to crop!  ...and I'm wearing zilch for makeup besides the lippy's!)

LOVE this pretty, vibrant, sweet, and bright pink look!  It's brighter in person...and the perfect hot pink, I promise!  I am really loving this combo right now!!

 This is an all time favorite really, no matter the season...but it does especially well for that beachy, "I don't care I'm natural" look.  ;)  Revlon Lip Butter in "Creme Brulee"...something to definitely fawn over!

"Creme Brulee" swatch.  A perfect nude that is so easy, you don't need a mirror...because it's like a silky, milky balm (hence, "lip butter"), it glides on effortlessly!  DEF worth a look if you are a nude lippy girl, like myself!

"Creme Cup"...I like to use this under my "Almond Blossom"!  It's a really lovely combo that would flatter almost ANYONE I'm sure!

Pretty springtime palette...the top row, middle color is with the lip stain and Buxom "Bunny" gloss smushed together on my hand...you can see the brightness a little more here..but still not quite accurate.  Such a pretty palette for the season!

As I sit here with my Bolthouse Farms Mocha Frap drink in a cute thrifted emerald blue mug, snacking on Skinny Cow Milk Chocolate Dreamy Clusters (sooo heavenly, seriously!), I can't help but think how ridiculous this post is!  *Laughs* ...I mean, who makes or takes the time to create "wish lists" or "lusts" as I have coyly deemed it!  But, that is just part of my quirky side I guess...and always being neurotic with lists, as if I could ever FORGET to spend money.  I guess I just like to stay motivated, and this is one way I find that helps me...putting pretty wants together in a powerpoint slide, or even jotting down in cute penmanship on a hot pink Moleskine...I find that writing down or presenting my inner most superficial desires to either just myself for reminder's sake, or to you all, helps me in some way.  To stay organized, positive, creative, imaginative, and ultimately reaching goals...even if I never get one thing off my lists, just jotting down my "lusts" of the moment keep me grounded and knowledgeable of what I really want out of life!
